Its distinctive architecture, defined by a green color palette, innovative lighting solutions, and high-quality materials, introduces a fresh identity into the city’s urban landscape.
The collaboration between Terrace Center and Platin Advertising Agency began with the goal of developing a comprehensive brand strategy and executing an integrated advertising campaign. The first operational milestone of this partnership was the design and execution of an exhibition booth for Terrace Center’s impactful presence at Iran Retail Show 1404.
In the following sections, we explore the ideation, design, and execution process of this booth as a physical manifestation of Terrace Center’s modern and integrated brand identity. Stay with us until the end.
Platin Advertising Agency was tasked with creating a distinctive and impactful presence for Terrace Center at the Retail Show exhibition. This mission began with the development of a dedicated exhibition campaign strategy. Before any practical execution, Platin’s think-tank team focused on defining the campaign objectives, key messages, and the desired audience experience, ensuring that all subsequent stages were built on a clear, strategic foundation.
Serving as a roadmap, this strategy provided a coherent framework for all creative and executive decisions—from the architectural layout of the booth to the design of the smallest promotional elements. The ultimate goal was to create a unified and memorable environment that could tangibly and engagingly communicate the modern, comprehensive values of the Terrace Center project to its audience.

At the design stage, creating a unique and original artwork was a top priority. The core idea revolved around the creative use of the “Terrace” element as the central identity component within the booth’s structure. This concept went beyond a purely aesthetic choice; it functioned as a three-dimensional expression of the brand’s philosophy.
Accordingly, every detail of the exhibition booth design—from the internal spatial layout and visitor circulation paths to the design of lightboxes and logo display areas—was meticulously planned and executed with full coherence. This approach transformed the booth into more than a display space; it became a small-scale architectural experience of the Terrace Center project itself, conveying concepts such as spatial integration, movement flow, and human interaction with the environment in a tangible and experiential way.
Platin assumed responsibility for creating a fully integrated visual ecosystem. This responsibility extended far beyond the booth itself to include the design and production of all related materials. The brand’s visual identity was reflected across a wide range of elements—from printed materials such as catalogs, brochures, and promotional banners for exhibition vehicles, to functional items including business cards, exhibition invitation cards, mineral water bottles, paper cups, custom ceramic mugs, and more.
Even details such as tabletop flower pots and the booth’s floral arrangements were carefully selected to align with the overall theme and enhance the brand atmosphere. This level of visual consistency significantly strengthened brand recall and recognition in the minds of visitors.

To enhance engagement and dynamically communicate the brand message, motion graphics were designed for display on the booth’s screens
Beyond the exhibition itself, Platin proposed a strategy that extended across time and space: a comprehensive content calendar. This strategic document outlined a structured plan for continuing the campaign across digital platforms after the exhibition concluded, ensuring continuity of audience engagement and maximizing the return on investment.
With precise scheduling of diverse content formats—from videos and images to interactive texts—this calendar helped maintain consistent communication with target audiences and effectively manage the long-term impact of the advertising momentum generated at the exhibition.
To further expand the campaign’s reach and establish targeted connections with specialized audiences, Platin invited influencers active in the real estate, construction, and investment sectors. Their presence at the Terrace Center booth created an opportunity for in-depth presentation of the project’s details, competitive advantages, and brand vision, enabling the campaign message to be delivered to the target community in a credible and influential manner.
Following this path, Platin also invited specialized and general journalists, producing news content and analytical articles that were published across media outlets and news websites. This media-driven approach not only increased brand awareness for Terrace Center in a targeted way, but also played a key role in building trust, credibility, and a professional brand image in the minds of audiences.
